# Logging in to the Developer Portal

Follow the steps below to log in to the Plex Developer Portal for the first time.

> You will need to work with your **Plex Champion** to file a support ticket before you can access the developer portal. Your Plex Champion is your organization's designated Plex administrator.

## Login steps

#### File a support ticket

Work with your Plex Champion to file a support ticket at [Plex Customer Care](https://plexcustomercare.force.com/). Provide all necessary details about your developer portal access request.

#### Access the Developer Portal

Upon confirming the support case is resolved, navigate to [https://developers.plex.com/](https://developers.plex.com/).

#### Enter your company name

Enter your company name in the **Company Code** field and click **Next**.

#### Enter your email

Enter your company email address and click **Next**.

#### Enter your password

Enter your password and click **Next**. You will be redirected to the developer portal dashboard.
