Logging in to the Developer Portal

Follow the steps below to log in to the Plex Developer Portal for the first time.

You will need to work with your Plex Champion to file a support ticket before you can access the developer portal. Your Plex Champion is your organization’s designated Plex administrator.

File a support ticket

Work with your Plex Champion to file a support ticket at Plex Customer Care. Provide all necessary details about your developer portal access request.

Access the Developer Portal

Upon confirming the support case is resolved, navigate to https://developers.plex.com/.

Enter your company name

Enter your company name in the Company Code field and click Next.

Enter your email

Enter your company email address and click Next.

Enter your password

Enter your password and click Next. You will be redirected to the developer portal dashboard.

Once you have successfully logged in, you can obtain your API credentials to start making API calls.
